If you have a medical issue, please consult your doctor first! Call before coming, because class schedule can change! (239) 265-4367 Come early to fill out registration form (first time).

Do not eat within 1-2 hours before practice. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a mat or towel for your practice. Please do not wear fragrance, as deep breathing will be practiced.

There is no age or flexibility limits to practice Yoga. Experienced practitioners and new to yoga welcome! You will get instructions how to adjust postures to suit your body type. We have mats and props use for free!
